Timex 42mm Waterbury Quartz Chronograph with Cream Dial and INDIGLO Night-Light #TW2R38300VQ

Really handsome watch in person, very high quality fit and finish. Loudness is not an issue unless the chronograph is running. The 6 o'clock complication counts seconds, but is only audible within six inches of your ear in normal settings. The Indiglo is gorgeous, if not a little too bright for middle-of-the-night checks. The gunmetal finish is a noticeably dark matte gray, and looks great with the beige dial and red numerals. It still matches my more polished titanium wedding band very nicely. The strap is comfortable and of good quality, but the retaining loop tends to slip off the loose end of the strap sometimes. Long Island Watch shipped out the watch promptly, and I got it in four or five days in Utah. No qualms there! Be advised that the strap on this watch is brand new leather and will show visible signs of wear after fastening it for the first time, which will render it non-returnable. Stellar watch all around, really happy with it.

This has to be one of the nicest watches I've owned. The hands have a high contrast with the dial and the minute hand reaches over the minute markers. So hard to find a reasonably priced watch ( less than $300) that just has those two qualities! Size is perfect for us 8 1/4" wrist folks (except for the band). I wish watches could be bought without the band as they are never long enough. But the watch looks great with a nice 5R sand colored NATO strap. Anyway, well done Timex! Keep'em coming!
